Yann LeCun is a French-American computer scientist and one of the founding fathers of deep learning. He received the Turing Award in 2018 alongside Geoffrey Hinton and Yoshua Bengio. As Chief AI Scientist at Meta, he leads fundamental AI research and is known for pioneering convolutional neural networks.
